During the 2020-2021 school year, Grinnell conducted nearly all classes virtually. Taking my classes from hundreds of miles away, I could not do many typical tasks of student assistants. I took charge of the history department’s weekly virtual lunch – History Table.
I contacted a speaker each week to learn about what they planned to discuss with us all. I took that information and created a matching series of posters to send out with the weekly reminder email and post on social media.
